OnStep helps to align the interests of property investors with those of aspiring homeowners, meaning that tenants get a step onto the housing ladder and investors have a reliable, long-term tenant for the property they invest in. Tenants also receive their own share of the investment and so benefit from any increase in the value of the house.
We founded OnStep to help bridge the gap between renting and owning a property while providing investors with a fair investment option.
We are an FCA-regulated financial services company established in 2013 and headed by a team with deep experience in the sector. We started OnStep Homes to help the large number of people in England and Wales who cannot afford to get onto the housing ladder on their own.
